While we maintain a rock edge, our programming is designed for hours of comfortable enjoyment without the tempo aggressiveness or the "loudness war" typical of most radio stations
3. Exploring Uncharted Territory. Thousands of superior tracks were overlooked by mainstream radio over the years. We specialize in finding those under-the-radar classics and lost B-sides. Our focus is on the "vinyl wilderness"—terrific selections that were simply too good for formulaic pop radio.

Founder Dane Scott, a veteran voice talent and broadcast professional, launched the station to recapture the warmth and dynamic range of original analog pressings. By focusing on a non-aggressive AAA (Adult Album Alternative) format, we provide a sophisticated sanctuary for listeners seeking the nuance and soul of classic album-oriented rock.

Nearly all our music is sourced from analog-era vinyl. A small percentage comes from albums released after the analog era. For example, we recently added brand new music from the classic group "Yes," dubbed by us from vinyl, but likely recorded digitally.
